On-Site Services - Process Control Services (PCS) provides a comprehensive offering for supplemental support of the various Honeywell TDC control systems. Our technicians have the necessary knowledge and experience to supplement your existing support staff, as well as work with your staff to ensure maximum control system performance and reliability. PCS can supply supplemental support including:
  • preventative and predictive maintenance
  • routine system service
  • system health monitoring
  • parts support
  • record keeping

PCS support is available on a demand or contract basis. Contracts are tailored to your specific needs.

Certified Support - Our field service technicians are ISA certified to ensure the highest level of field support. The PCS quality measurement system is certified as conforming to ISO 9001-2000 and ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001-2000 standards under the categories for testing, calibration and circuit board repairs. PCS has also been ISO-17025 accredited under the scope of calibration.
24/7 Support - After-hours support is available to our contract customers. PCS maintains a 24/7/365 answering service to provide after-hours contact with our field service and support personnel. No voice mails, no answering machines - real people!

Parts Support - PCS can provide cost-effective parts support for the Honeywell TDC product line. Parts are available on an exchange or direct-purchase basis. The PCS parts-support program assists our customers by reducing inventory costs and extending the life cycle of their existing systems. Contract customers have 24/7/365 access to the PCS parts inventory.
Safety- PCS has an excellent field service safety record. All of our field technicians are required to complete an internal safety training program annually. All customer safety training requirements and guidelines are adhered to. In addition, PCS maintains a "zero tolerance" drug policy.
Engineering Support - PCS can provide engineering support through our engineering partners including:
  • project management
  • advanced controls
  • start up assistance
  • system integration
  • application support 
  • system optimization
