 As assurance that you are consistently receiving quality service, PCS has made the extra effort to be certified by independent authority under ISO 9000 standards. This is not a small task, but is seen by many customers as a commitment by PCS to the quality process.

Process Control Services recently undertook a program to upgrade our existing ISO 9000 certification. That program was successfully completed in December 2002.  The PCS quality management system is now certified as conforming to the new standards ISO 9001:2000 and ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9001:2000 in categories for testing, calibration and circuit board repairs.

You may continue to be assured that PCS is committed to providing you with the highest quality service.
